Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 3 days of the delivery date. Shipping for the return is paid by the customer and must be shipped back securely with tracking and signature required, and weekday delivery only. Return requests must be initiated via e-mail to sales@ddeco.com. Returned items and any gemological laboratory reports must be returned in their original condition. The item must be unworn and and not show any signs of wear, missing elements, broken stones, or scratched metal. The item cannot be returned if the tag is removed from the product.
Please contact D’Deco Jewels to seek authorization for processing a return within three days of receiving the item. No returns will be honored after three days. Shipments are to be fully-insured and all charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Funds will be returned within 7 to 10 business days, fees may apply. Shipping + Insurance amount will NOT be refunded.Â
